Home page for the late Captain Lodwick H. Alford, AAFA #0011 (1914-2007)
When the AAFA was formed in 1987 we had to have a president to get the organization off the ground. Who could have been better than Wick? With the name "Lodwick" he had the most interesting and controversial given name in the family. The title of "captain" was a plus also. Having served in the U.S. Navy for most of his life he obviously had leadership qualities. And he was willing to tackle the job.
