I, Richard Alford, of said State and County, being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do make this my last will and testament.
First I give bequeath and devise to Alice M. Alford (my daughter in law) the following
property, to wit: Fifty acres in the North west corner of lot of land number Two hundred
and twenty one (221) in the 11th District and State and County, to have and to hold,
during her entire _____ ? with C. J. Alford or in the event of his death then during
her widowhood or if she dies without leaving any heirs of her body with C. J. Alford
then this land to revert to my nearest legal heirs but if any heirs be left to them at
the death this estate to go to them at the death of A. M. Alford then to C. J. Alford
if in life and to the heirs of his body if any - if not to revert as stated above.

Signed declared and published by Richard Alford as his last will and testament, in the
presence of us, the subscribers, who subscribe our name hereto in the presence of said
testator at his instance and request and of each other he signing in our presence and
we signing in his presence.
