MACON—Gladys Alford Everhardt, formerly of 3359 Joycliff Road, died Sunday, December 1, 2002, at the Villa’s at College Hill. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, December 4, 2002, at 2:30PM, at the Joycliff Congregation of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, with Greg Weeks officiating. Burial will be private. The family may be contacted at 138 Joe Lynn Drive.
Mrs. Everhardt was a member of the Joycliff Congregation of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She was a homemaker in Macon for over 50 years.
Mrs. Everhardt was preceded in death by her husband, William Franklin Everhardt; Parents, William Gordon and Reba Willoughby Alford and her granddaughter, Lisa Redd Thomas.
Survivors: Daughter, Janet E. Windham and her husband Charles A. Windham of Macon; Son, Danny R. Everhardt and his wife Elaine T. Everhardt of Macon; Granddaughters, Ashley R. Maddox and her husband Christopher W. Maddox of Warner Robins and Brooke E. Stafford and her husband John B. Stafford of Juliette; Grandsons, Dana W. Redd of Macon, Brandon K. Everhardt and his wife Kelly B. Everhardt of Belforte, Italy, and Franklin E. Bates of Macon; 6 Great grandchildren; Sisters, Grace A. Herring and Bernice A. Summerlin of Dillon, SC; Brother, John Carlie Alford of Dillon, SC; Sister, Juanice A. Terry of Florence, SC; Brother, Malcolm H. Alford of Myrtle Beach, SC.
