GRAHAM [Young Co.]—Douglas L. Alford, 67, a retired Episcopal priest, died Monday, Feb. 20, 2006.

            Funeral Mass: 4 p.m. Thursday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial: Pioneer Cemetery.

The Rev. Alford moved to Graham in 1990 from Hurst to become the priest at Holy Spirit Episcopal Church until his retirement.

            Survivors: Wife, Shirley of Graham; daughters, Melissa Coronada and Dianne Smith of Graham; son, Robert Alford of Terrell; brother, Roy Alford of Graham; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
