PENNSYLVANIA EVENING POST

Thursday, 20 March 1770

 

Deserted, 17 March, from the TORMENTOR armed boat, belonging to this state, WILLIAM ALFORD, who followed laboring down towards Chester and said his friends live near there. He is about 18 or 19 years of age, near 5'4" high. He has been seen within this day or two, skulking about this city.
